And It's So Fun
We've been...building towers,

having chats,

listening to music,

hanging out on the couch in the mornings,

going to birthday parties,

taking baths,

going on hikes,

putting together puzzles,

and just plain having a grand time.

Love having your around more Daddy.
We sure miss you when you are away.

A Fish Named Jim/Gym?

For my 2nd Birthday
Daddy & Mommy got me my very own fish
My very first pet--I named him Jim (spelled Jym)
Daddy wore his fishing hat and everything to go and get him from the pet store!

While I ate lunch, Daddy got Jym settled in his new home--a fish bowl!

Jym is purple, my favorite color.

I like to watch Jym swim.

I like to help feed Jym his food.

And each morning I say "Good morning, Jym." as we pass by his bowl.

I like my new fish, Jym.

My First Haircut!

A Few Weeks Back
I had my very first haircut
My 'haircutter', none other than
Dear Ol' Dad.

I had just woken up from a nap.
I was in a stunned state, watching Dora...
I sat very still, never taking my eyes off of my show.
And snip, snip, off went my bangs.

Mom was taking pictures and video taping.
Dad was trying to get my first hair in a baggie to preserve it.
And i just sat there, watching Dora.
All in all, a good experience.

Dear Friends

and Sophie & Jared were over again...

...making me laugh and making our day so fun,
like they always do!

The Get-Away--at Oyster Bay

Off We Went to the Island!
To Oyster Bay Resorts, Campbell River, BC
We took the ferry.


There was even a slide on this ferry, so fun!

We arrived at our own little cottage.
It was AWESOME!



Just across the street from the ocean.

We threw lots and lots of rocks into the water.



And walked the beach lots too.

What a great get-away.


And so so nice to have Daddy around all day for 3 whole days!


I sat in a big chair and ate all my meals!

So good to be a family!

More beach walking and rock throwing.



Lots of eagle watching too.

Then a little pier walking.


And a little baby watching.


One more beach before we get on the big boat.






And a little girl napping...

...while her sister makes eyes at her daddy.


What a wonderful get-away.
Thanks Daddy for taking us on a trip.
It was GREAT!
When can we go back to 'our little house' again?
